FEES

We always agree our services fee on a case by case basis. Therefore, it is essential to take into consideration the specifics of the transaction which is being carried out. Our fee will depend on the complexity of the escrow agreement and the due diligence process.

  Minimum fee
Acquisition/Sale USD 10,000
Trade USD 5,000 or 0.25% of the escrowed amount
Project USD 5,000 or 0.25% of the escrowed amount
The fee is inclusive of all charges, i.e. release charge.

INTEREST

When funds are deposited in escrow for more than a week, Chelton Capital Limited pays interest to either buyer or seller, as agreed in the Escrow agreement.

The interest paid is based on the overnight rate of the depositary bank where the escrow account has been opened.
